Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to avoid any restrictions on Wembley's capacity for home league and cup matches if they play there next season.
Brent Council currently restricts the national stadium to 37 full-capacity events per year and, at present, Spurs would be allowed to play five home matches in front of 90,000 people but any number of games with a capacity up to 51,000.
However, the club is supporting a Football Association proposal to Brent Council to host an additional 31 full-capacity events from Aug. 1, 2017 to July 31, 2018.
The FA says it will create an additional 31,000 catering and stewarding positions over the course of the campaign and add £14.
