Erik Lamela looks unlikely to play for Spurs again this season.

The Argentina forward, 25, is training on his own after Mauricio Pochettino ended his spell of treatment in Rome in January.

The Tottenham boss wanted his medical staff to assess Lamela after a scan indicated there was no issue.
