Tottenham are interested in snapping up in-demand Villarreal forward Cedric Bakambu, according to reports.
The DR Congo international has been in red-hot form in LaLiga this season, netting 14 times in 21 appearances for the Spanish giants.
His magnificent form has attracted the interest of several of Europe's biggest clubs ahead of next month's transfer window.
And, according to Marca, Spurs are the latest club to be linked with Bakambu as they desperately attempt to lift the burden on star striker Harry Kane.
Mauricio Pochettino's side are not expected to have it all their own way in the January window though with Newcastle, West Ham and West Brom all linked with the Villarreal star too.
