Tottenham have reportedly 'cooled their initial interest' in Sporting Lisbon right wing back Pedro Porro with the club unwilling to pay the full £40 million release clause.
Right wing back has been a long-standing concern for Tottenham, with Emerson Royal and Matt Doherty failing to impress.
Summer signing Djed Spence is also yet to start a match since joining, after boss Antonio Conte labelled the England under-21 international as a 'club signing'.
