Tottenham fullback Djed Spence has joined Ligue 1 side Stade Rennais on loan until the end of the season.
The 22-year-old arrived from Middlesbrough over the summer but has struggled for game time in North London.
After arriving for £20 million over the summer, Spence has played just six matches across all competitions for Antonio Conte's side.
The wing back would likely have fallen further down the pecking order had he stayed, with Sporting Lisbon star Pedro Porro expected to join Spurs on deadline day.
