Tottenham confirm Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso will join up with the Argentina squad for the international break after new Government rules allow duo to avoid compulsory 10-day self-isolation in a hotel upon return from 'red-list' nation

Nuno Espirito Santo has confirmed Argentina duo Cristian Romero and Giovani Lo Celso will report for international duty this week amid new quarantine exemptions to be enforced from this month.

The pair were reprimanded by the club for joining up with their national teams against the club’s instructions for the last set of international fixtures.

At the time, Spurs told players who had to enter a red-zone territory in order to play for their country that they could not report for international duty because it meant they had to quarantine for 10 days in a Government approved hotel upon their return.
