It was an emotional White Hart Lane farewell on Sunday and chairman Daniel Levy has now formally handed the keys over ahead of the stadium's demolition.
The famous north London venue hosted its final match at the weekend as Tottenham defeated Manchester United 2-1 in the Premier League.
Spurs will move to Wembley next season while their new stadium — which is being built on the same site — is completed, 118 years after they first called White Hart Lane home.
The club's chief, Levy, gave the keys to their soon-to-be deconstructed stadium to Mark Reynolds, who is overseeing the construction of their new home.
