Mauricio Pochettino has warned leaders Chelsea that his Tottenham team will take advantage of any slip-ups in the title race.
Spurs reduced Chelsea's lead at the top of the table to seven points with Sunday's win over Everton, but Antonio Conte's side can extend that to 10 with victory over West Ham on Monday night.
Pochettino feels his in-form side are ready to pounce if Chelsea falter during the season climax. 'The most important thing is to show the belief on the pitch and today I think we showed that,' he said.
'More than talk, it is better the team show their performance for the belief.
