Mauricio Pochettino is refusing to settle for merely finishing fourth in the Premier League this season despite the prospect of a dogfight to make the Champions League spots.
Last weekend’s 4-1 defeat at leaders Manchester City has left Pochettino’s side a lowly seventh, below even Burnley, their opponents at Turf Moor this Saturday.
But Pochettino remains optimistic Spurs, who finished runners-up to Chelsea last season, can still achieve a similar finish in May.
