Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino laughs off West Brom jinx as he looks for first home win over the Baggies for more than five years

Mauricio Pochettino insists Tottenham do not have a home hoodoo against West Bromwich Albion.

Spurs have not beaten West Brom, whom they host on Saturday, at White Hart Lane for more than five years, when Harry Redknapp was in charge, they had Gareth Bale tormenting opponents and Jermain Defoe struck the winner in a 1-0 victory.

Yet Pochettino is adamant that this mysteriously poor run is merely a 'coincidence' and that the Baggies are not their bogey team.
