Tottenham will be boosted by the return of first-choice centre-back Toby Alderweireld when they take on CSKA Moscow in their final Champions League group game.
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino has revealed the Belgian defender has recovered after seven-and-a-half weeks out with a knee injury.
He has been passed fit to play in Wednesday’s Wembley clash – where Spurs need only a point to secure third place and qualify for the Europa League – and is likely to be named on the bench.
If the key defender comes through unscathed, Pochettino said he could start against Manchester United in the Premier League on Saturday.
