Tottenham Hotspur are determined to sign Napoli goalkeeper Alex Meret as a long-term replacement for Hugo Lloris this summer, according to reports in Italy.
Lloris has made 445 appearances for Spurs during his time at the club, keeping 151 clean sheets and is the current captain.
