Former Watford scout Leonardo Gabbanini has been named chief scout at Tottenham.
It comes after a number of high-profile staffing appointments at the club, as part of Fabio Paratici's plan to improve Spurs' recruitment.
As well as bringing in experienced staff from other European clubs, Tottenham have also appointed two Premier League legends to their academy staff in Jermain Defoe and Yaya Toure.
