Tottenham Hotspur booked a spot in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup after seeing off London rivals Chelsea 5-4 on penalties at White Hart Lane,
Mason Mount missed the crucial spot-kick in the shootout following nine perfect spot-kicks after Spurs had rescued a late draw inside 90 minutes.
Erik Lamela had equalised with seven minutes to play after Timo Werner had opened his Blues account in the first half with a well struck effort.
