Tony Adams has been growing increasingly frustrated with Arsenal, the way they're playing, and the club's recruitment over the past few years.
Speaking on Premier League Productions, the former Arsenal defender took it out on Hector Bellerin, who he believes is not playing the way he should.
He saw Bellerin heading up the field too much when he was needed in defence against Tottenham on Sunday, and thinks Arsenal could've avoided their first goal if he played more defensively.
'Work with him' said Adams.
