Tim Sherwood left the Soccer Saturday panel in stitches after not knowing which way round Preston and QPR were kicking - sparking confusion over a penalty.
The former Tottenham manager was adamant that a penalty should have been given to Preston when QPR's Andre Dozzell made a late challenge on Preston's Ben Woodburn.
However, what Sherwood did not realise was that the challenge was made inside Preston's box and not their opponents.
The 53-year-old started the confusion by confidently claiming the home side should have been awarded a spot-kick.
