Tim Sherwood has insisted that Tottenham have become 'a laughing stock'.
Spurs parted ways with former manager Antonio Conte last week after the Italian spoke out against the club's hierarchy and current squad.
Sherwood himself managed Spurs between 2013 and 2014 and is one of several managers that have tried to deliver the club their first trophy since 2008.
The club are in transition again, and face dropping out of the Champions League places, with a top four spot in the Premier League all they have left to play for this season.
