Glenn Hoddle lamented Tottenham's performance in their Europa Conference League opener against Rennes, saying they will be 'relieved' to have left France with a point.
A testing game saw Tottenham come away with a 2-2 draw, with both Spurs goals containing an element of fortune.
The first saw Lucas Moura's cross take a wicked deflection off Rennes defender Loic Bade and go in, while Pierre Emile-Hojbjerg's equaliser saw the ball bounce kindly to him off a Rennes player in the penalty box, which he poked home.

But Hoddle said Spurs rode all their luck throughout the game and didn't deserve the result on the balance of play.
