Suspect in the murder of Tottenham defender Serge Aurier's brother hands himself in to police and confesses after 5am shooting outside a French nightclub sparked by a 'love dispute'

A suspect in the killing of Tottenham defender Serge Aurier's brother Christopher has reportedly handed himself into French police.

Christopher Aurier, 26, was fatally wounded in the early hours of Monday after being shot in Toulouse outside a nightclub and he was pronounced dead in hospital.

His killer initially fled the scene and was believed to be on the run but, according to French outlet L'Equipe, a man turned himself into Toulouse police on Tuesday evening, less than 48 hours later after the murder.
