The midfielder has a foot injury.
"He's out for tomorrow," reported Mauricio Pochettino after training on Tuesday. "He has a lot of pain in his foot."
Erik Lamela (hip) and Vincent Janssen (ankle) remain out.
On Lamela, Mauricio added: "Erik came back from Argentina on Monday (he flew home for personal reasons) and he's working hard to be available as quickly as possible, he's much better."
