Sissoko shows signs of life at Tottenham as Eriksen picks up form

It turns out that two into one will go, after all. For most of the season, Tottenham coach Mauricio Pochettino has appeared indecisive about which of his two players, Eric Dier and Victor Wanyama, was his preferred option in the key role of defensive midfielder.

While Toby Alderweireld was out injured for two months, Pochettino had his mind made up for him. Dier was dropped back to the centre back to partner Jan Vertonghen, leaving Wanyama to play in the holding role.

Who will win?

But with Alderweireld back, Pochettino has been forced to have a rethink and if the 3-0 home win against Hull City in last Wednesday night's Premier League game is any guide, then he appears to have found an answer that will keep everyone happy.
