Ian Henderson wants to banish painful FA Cup memories when Rochdale head to Wembley next week.

The 33-year-old captain's neat finish gave Keith Hill's side a lead against Tottenham on Sunday as the League One strugglers forced a fifth-round replay in stunning fashion.

And Henderson is hoping next Wednesday proves a more fruitful trip than when he was there as a supporter for the 1996 final.
