Tottenham suffered more late drama in the Champions League, conceding late to draw 2-2 with PSV Eindhoven in Group B.
Spurs were nearly in front twice just after 15 minutes through Harry Kane, who hit the crossbar with a header and saw a nice snapshot saved by PSV keeper Jeroen Zoet.
PSV took the lead against the run of play in the 29th minute when Hirving Lozano picked Toby Alderweireld's pocket and was in on goal where his shot from close range was deflected into the net by the chasing Belgium international.
Tottenham were then the benefactors of a deflection as Lucas Moura's shot from a Kieran Trippier cross bounced off a PSV defender over Zoet to make it 1-1 at half-time.
