The Premier League are set to ask football's lawmakers to change the new handball rule following two controversial disallowed goals this week.
Introduced ahead of this season, the law means that officials should penalise any contact between ball and hand if the move leads to a goal, even if the contact is accidental.
As reported by The Times, Premier League clubs, players and managers are eager for the law to be revised by the International FA Board (Ifab), and they believe that at least six goals have been wrongly ruled out in such circumstances this season, with the use of VAR not helping matters.
