Which is better: the North or the South? It's an argument that divides England on many levels: flat cap v bowler hat; barm cake v bread roll; Coronation Street v Eastenders; rain v slightly less rain; and many other stereotypes besides.
The top six of the Premier League also happens to be divided equally among teams from the North (Manchester City, Manchester United and Liverpool) and three from the South (Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham).
