Dominic Calvert-Lewin moved top of the Premier League scorers chart but admitted Everton were fortunate to come away from Fulham with all three points.

The England striker netted twice in Everton's 3-2 win on Sunday afternoon to move into double figures for the league campaign and above Tottenham's Son Heung-min on the leaderboard.

But Everton, who ended a run of three straight defeats, were made to work hard by Scott Parker's team in the second-half at Craven Cottage when the points had seemed assured.
