Olivier Giroud's agent blasts Chelsea boss Frank Lampard for 'unfair' decision to pick Tammy Abraham ahead of him despite 'what he did at the end of last season' - as he warns Inter Milan target will leave in January if 'things continue'

Olivier Giroud's agent has blasted Chelsea boss Frank Lampard for 'unfairly' picking Tammy Abraham ahead of him - and warned if things don't change the striker will look to leave in January.

The Frenchman has made just one start under Lampard this season, which came in September's Carabao Cup defeat against Tottenham, with the Chelsea boss preferring to use Abraham as a secondary option to £53million summer signing Timo Werner.

England international Abraham by contrast has made 12 appearances for the club this term, scoring four goals and Giroud's agent Michael Manuello said he will consider his options in the next transfer window if his situation remains the same.
