Nuno Espirito Santo admits 'all didn't go to plan' and labels football as the 'most ruthless sport' as he speaks out for the first time since his sacking by Tottenham after just FOUR months at the club

Nuno Espirito Santo has labelled football as the 'most ruthless sport' following his dismissal by Tottenham, just four months after he was appointed manager of the club.

The former Wolves boss replaced Jose Mourinho at the end of June ahead of the 2021/22 season.

He lasted just 17 games in charge and won just five out of the ten Premier League games he oversaw.
