Brighton striker Neal Maupay had to be restrained by his teammates and coaches as the striker was sent off for hurling abuse at referee Jon Moss in the immediate aftermath of the Seagulls' Premier League defeat at Wolves.
Fiery forward Maupay, who was embroiled in controversy last year when he claimed Arsenal defender Matteo Guendouzi had taunted him over wages during an on-pitch flashpoint, was dismissed for foul and abusive language after the final whistle.
Brighton's top scorer was seen striding towards Moss in the centre circle, pointing his finger and shouting angrily as midfielder Pascal Gross tried to stop him from approaching the official.
