Nacer Chadli is due for a medical at West Bromwich on Monday after Tottenham accepted a £13m bid by Tony Pulis.
The Belgium international is set to agree personal terms and provide much-needed creativity to a side struggling to carry an attacking edge.
Pulis has been desperate to recruit increased quality and believes Chadli, who has not featured in any of Mauricio Pochettino’s matchday squads, can fit the bill.
Spurs bought Chadli from FC Twente for £7m in July 2013 and he has gone on to score 25 goals in 129 games but fallen out of favour this campaign.
