Mauricio Pochettino has demanded that his Tottenham side give everything from the first whistle to avoid dropping further points in their increasingly-difficult pursuit of Chelsea at the top of the Premier League.
Having won six games in succession, Spurs have seen their title aspirations fade after dropping points against Manchester City and Sunderland in their last two games.
By the time they host Middlesbrough on Saturday evening, Spurs could trail Chelsea by 12 points if the Blues win their lunchtime derby with Arsenal.

Pochettino insists the result of that game will have no bearing on his team, who need to focus on their own performance to remain in the race.
