West Ham captain Mark Noble has thrown his support behind manager Slaven Bilic after the Irons' 1-0 victory over Tottenham on Friday night.
A 65th-minute Manuel Lanzini strike earned the home side the win at the London Stadium, moving West Ham on to 42 points.
And after the match Noble told Sky Sports: 'It was a tough game. We know Spurs are a top, top team and we knew to compete with them we had to be 100 per cent and we did that today.
'You don't need a team talk for Spurs.
