Manchester City have been fined £120,000 by the Football Association after their players had surrounded referee Simon Hooper during their 3-3 draw against Tottenham.
In controversial circumstances, the official had called play back instead of playing an advantage, with Jack Grealish going clear through on goal in the dying embers of their game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Several of City's stars, including Erling Haaland had surrounded the official after the decision was made, with the Norwegian appearing to shout at Hooper but subsequently avoided any charge.
Despite that, the FA had announced that the club would be charged and the case would be heard by an independent panel should.
