Norwich goalkeeper Tim Krul has been axed from the Holland's World Cup squad by former Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal.
The 34-year-old has been a regular for his national side since he made his debut on the international stage in 2011, but he has been left out of the 25-man shortlist for Holland's Nations League fixtures against Poland and Belgium.
Holland beat Poland 2-0 thanks to goals from Manchester United transfer target and PSV captain Cody Gakpo and former Tottenham winger Steven Bergwijn.
