Jan Vertonghen says team-mate Christian Eriksen is back to his best for Tottenham after the playmaker scored twice in a 3-0 win over Hull City.
The Denmark international had struggled for form at the beginning of the campaign but has displayed his importance to Spurs with five goals and two assists in his last five games.
Having played with Eriksen during their spells at former club Ajax, Vertonghen is well aware of the midfielder’s quality and told talkSPORT a boost of confidence was all he needed to rediscover his best form.
