Just 19, Lauren, a winger, has been snapped up from Chelsea's development squad as manager Karen Hills continues to build the squad for the team's first season in the Women's Super League 2 (WSL 2).
How about this for a debut? Lauren scored a hat-trick as Spurs beat ex-England All Stars 3-1 in the FAWPL Charity Trophy at Bishop's Stortford FC.
Karen said: "We're really excited to have Lauren on board. She's a young, up-and-coming, talented player who lined-up against us in a pre-season match last year and a player we've continued to monitor.
"She has electric pace and is an exciting prospect, a great addition for us.
