A large poster van displaying an image of the murdered Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi will be prominent around St James' Park before Newcastle's first game under Saudi ownership on Sunday.

More than £1,000 has been raised for the protest, which will be a reminder of how the Saudi state oversaw the murder and dismemberment of the Washington Post journalist.

Organiser Blair McDougall wants to raise enough to rent a more permanent site near the ground.
