Kyle Walker was booked for clattering into Neal Maupay in the second half of Man City's clash with Brentford at the Eithad on Tuesday evening just weeks after the pair clashed in a heated verbal exchange.
Maupay was welcomed onto the pitch by resounding boos from City fans and bore the brunt of a heavy tackle from Walker in the 82nd minute.
City's Treble-winning star smashed into Maupay following a loose ball and was subsequently booked by referee Darren England when the hosts were leading 1-0.
Maupay and Walker previously clashed on February 5 during City's 3-1 win over the Bees as the England international accused the Brentford player of talking about his family.
