In his best form since his stunning breakthrough season in 2011-12, Kyle, currently England’s first-choice right-back, can clearly remember his first days as a Spurs player.
“I can remember coming down with Kyle Naughton and meeting the squad in Devon,” said Kyle, now 26, who joined the squad on a pre-season training camp in July, 2009.
“When I first came to the Club there were six full-backs here, so to think I’m the only one left out of that bunch, I guess that’s credit to myself.”
