Tottenham needed a confidence-building and morale-boosting victory after successive defeats to Liverpool and Gent and they certainly got it at Fulham's Craven Cottage on Sunday.
Mauricio Pochettino picked a strong side and was rewarded with a dominant performance, as Harry Kane scored his second hat trick in all competitions this season in the 3-0 win.
Positives
Tottenham have lacked creativity recently, only scoring one goal from the penalty spot in their previous four games, and Kane had endured a quiet spell himself. However, Spurs created a host of chances at Fulham, registering 23 shots, and Kane noticeably got sharper as the game went on before ultimately leaving with the match ball.
