Last month, towards the end of a video conference meeting of all 20 Premier League managers, Jose Mourinho made a cheeky quip.

'Stay at home and watch the Bundesliga' was the Tottenham boss' message to any of his rivals who may have been having second thoughts about Project Restart.

The outspoken Portuguese made no secret of his desire to return to action as soon as possible. Lockdown has not been kind to him, after all.
