Wales boss Robert Page has admitted that defender Joe Rodon may need to leave Tottenham next month due to his lack of game time.
Centre back Rodon, 24, has played just one game under Antonio Conte so far, and looks set for an equally frustrating second half of the season.
As a result, it has been reported by The Sun that he is keen for more first-team football - with both Newcastle and Brighton credited with an interest.
And Page, Rodon's manager on the international scene, has conceded it may be more beneficial for the former Swansea man to move on in search of minutes.
