Jamie Carragher insisted that Harry Kane was 'wrong' not to turn up for training after the striker failed to report for his first day of pre-season in a bid to ramp up pressure on Daniel Levy to sanction a move for him this summer.
The 28-year-old striker laid down the clearest indication yet that he will fight tooth and nail to secure a move away from Tottenham with Kane having his heart set on joining Premier League champions Manchester City.
The forward, who has three years left on his contract, believes he has a 'gentleman's agreement' with Levy but the Spurs chairman has made it clear he will not sell Kane for anything less than £150m.
