Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen has revealed he was disappointed with being booed by his former club Brentford earlier this season.
Brentford took the opportunity to sign Eriksen on a free transfer, the Dane being provided with his first chance of senior football since suffering a cardiac arrest in June 2021.
The playmaker's time in west London was a huge success with one goal and four assists coming from his 11 appearances in the Premier League.
The 30-year-old, however, made the decision to reject a new contract from Thomas Frank's Bees and instead make the move to Old Trafford this summer.
