Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino predicted a bright future for North London rivals Arsenal under Unai Emery.
The two managers are close friends and are preparing to meet in the first derby since the end of Arsene Wenger's 22 years on the red side of the divide.
'He is a completely different manager and person compared to Wenger,' said Pochettino.
'Wenger is one of the greatest managers ever in history of football but it is a new era in Arsenal and always with a new manager comes new ideas and new ways to do things.
