It was bound to happen. When a team is playing as well as Tottenham are, then bigger clubs are going to come looking. This week it's been reported that Manchester City are planning a bid for Danny Rose in the summer.
It would have been far more newsworthy if Pep Guardiola had said he had no interest in the Spurs left-back. Rose has been -- by some distance -- the best left-back in the Premier League all season. His pace and crossing ability have terrified opponents, while at the same time becoming much more secure in his defensive duties.
