Harry Redknapp will not be making a shock return to management with Nigeria.
The former Tottenham and Portsmouth boss has been linked with the Super Eagles position after the country's national ministry viewed him as a potential replacement for Gernot Rohr.
However, according to the BBC, the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) have opted to stick with Rohr and have now 'concluded all contractual discussions' over the position.
'I am happy to announce that the NFF and Coach Gernot Rohr have concluded all contractual discussions and he will stay on as the coach of the Super Eagles', Amaju Pinnick, President of the NFF, said in a statement on Wednesday.
