Harry Kane: Tottenham striker injures ankle in FA Cup quarter-final with Millwall

Tottenham striker Harry Kane had to be replaced after seven minutes of the 6-0 FA Cup quarter-final win over Millwall after injuring his ankle.

Kane, captain for the day at White Hart Lane, was hurt when Lions defender Jake Cooper tried to block his fifth-minute shot close to the touchline.

After treatment, the England international limped down the tunnel and was replaced by Christian Eriksen.

Kane, 23, has scored 24 goals this season, eight in his past five games.

Tottenham dominated their League One opponents despite the loss of their top scorer, with Son Heung-min netting a hat-trick, Vincent Janssen scoring his first goal from open play for the club and Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen both on target.
