Tottenham striker Harry Kane is to be awarded with an OBE in the new year's honours list for his efforts guiding England to a World Cup semi-final.
The England captain played a vital role for Gareth Southgate's side in Russia as his six goals secured the tournament golden boot as well as a spot in the final four.
Kane has enjoyed a phenomenal year for club and country and has been recognised for his efforts, winning a nomination for the BBC's Sports Personality of the Year award earlier this month.
