Harry Kane says Tottenham are on the verge of winning titles and doesn't expect January exits: 'It'd be stupid to leave now... the future is promising'

Harry Kane has claimed 'it would be stupid' for any Tottenham player to look for a move away from the club when they are challenging for the Premier League title.

The north London side suffered heartbreak last season when their title bid faltered near the end of the campaign and they finish behind winners Leicester and Arsenal.

But they regrouped over the summer and have continued to impress this term, lying in third place; though they are nine points behind runaway leaders Chelsea.

And Kane, who has netted 13 goals in 17 Premier League appearances, says he can't see himself - or any of his team-mates - consider a move away in the near future.
